Summary: The second of a 5 part videorecording describing life on the Esketemc-Shuswap First Nations reserve near Williams Lake, B.C. Chief Andy speaks about his anger regarding the stagnated treaty negotiations. Arthur, another member of the Band council, rallies the elders about a logging road being planned and built without consultation. Phyllis and Ivy tour the 'crop circles' in the meadow and try to explain their existence. Mike, an advanced AIDS patient, is introduced: he has returned to the reserve to plan for his funeral. Hidden sexual abuse is revealed at a workshop. The Band's woman's ball hockey team prepares for a tournament. Finally, the logging company joins band members for a ceremony.
